Property was just like the picture and the host was very happy to answer any of my questions since I was doing check-in outside of desk hours. Location was good and close to most things, with 24hr markets near by to buy any essentials. For the price it was a really good stay!

Baybreeze is a great place to stay. I had a corner apartment with a kitchenette. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the beach, Lincoln Rd Mall, and alot of good restaurants.

This place was a nightmare! Even though is well located, the room was a total mess! It was falling apart! We found a huge cockroach next the couch. We supposed to leave the following day but we couldn't stay and left the hotel the same day!

The property was in a great location for enjoying Miami South Beach and the surrounding areas. However, the room was a bit cramped even though I booked the larger option. I also had significant issues with outside lights, the curtains weren’t large enough to darken the room. I don’t plan to return to this place again.

Had a heavy mildew earthy smell, almost unbearable.. There was mold all around the bathroom.. Bed felt very “cheap” for the price we paid.. I did not feel clean in this “hotel” at all. The door/lock was not secure..

It was neat and clean, the decor was awesome, i love the modern style. The only issue was the bathroom was very small for a larger body, but we made it work. Super comfy bed, a fantastic place to sleep thats not far from Port of Miami.

The room is ehhh. There was holes in the window seal. Shower head was hanging off. Shower door didn’t close. Fridge was leaking water. Didn’t have hot water for 2 days. Screws came out the bed. Definitely a janky one but it worked. If you’re looking for somewhere to sleep and that’s it.
