Property is in a great location, right next to the Aeon Mall and Kyoto station. Easy access to transportation and dining option. Property was clean and has all the needed amenities, including a kitchen. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for a great stay.

Everything was great. Amazing staff and the accommodation was perfect. Clean and comfortable, and excellent location. Close to Kyoto Station and there is a huge mall right next store with a market and Starbucks.

Great aparthotel conveniently located within walking distance of Kyoto Station and a large shopping mall. The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage delivery. All the amenities and equipment you could need were either provided in the room or available at reception. The washing machine and the bathroom drying system were particularly useful during the hot Japanese summer. The dryer was surprisingly efficient and very quiet, making it easy to do laundry overnight. The room was also spacious—the largest we had in Japan—and the beds were very comfortable. Great stay!

The property offered everything we needed, and it was nice that there were extras (like games, household items) available if needed. The room was very spacious and the amenities were easy to use. The only small thing I think it lacked was a mirror that was always accessible. The only mirrors were in the shower room but it would be nice to have another in the main living area. We were able to rent (for free) a desktop mirror for applying makeup. It is very conveniently located next door to the Aeon shopping center (including a grocery store) and Kyoto Station. Very walkable.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet! Especially liked the clothes drying bathroom function and having the tatami mat area as well as the other dining area. Handy to station and shopping mall. Really warm accommodation was appreciated in early January!
