Hotel, location, accessibility, restaurant, wonderful view from the room, shower with good water pressure, everything was excellent. Points that could be improved: the furniture needs to be updated and there is no iron in the apartment, as the hotel has a laundry room and an ironing area.

I arrived one day late due to missing a flight. When we arrived they told me they had cancelled my reservation although it was paid for in advance. They sent me next door facility to sort things out after traveling 12 hrs to get to Brasil. The desk staff could have handled the situation better than telling me my reservations were cancelled and letting me figure out things on my own.

Absolutely disgusting . My room has not been cleaned in 3 days !!!!! Not even made the bed !!!! Or changed the towels !! No water supplied . This is a very bad first experience of Brazil. Not happy and will be demanding a refund

I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN! AND HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. TO START THE ROOM SMELLED FOUL AND I SAW A ROACH INSIDE MY BATHROOM. GROSS. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A PAPER THAT THE HOTEL RECEPTION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOM BECAUSE THEY MUST KNOW ITS HORRIBLE AND PROBLEMATIC. THE CONTACT THEY PASSED WASNT HELPFUL AND OFFERED NOTHING BUT HOUSEKEEPING TO CHECK IF THERE WERE ROACHES BUT THEY NEVER CAME AND I TOOK VIDEOS THAT I SENT THEM. ON TOP OF THAT THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I LEFT A DAY EARLY BECAUSE THE ISSUE WAS UNRESOLVED DUE TO THE WOMAN NOT RESPONDING TO MY VIDEO OF THE ROACH. WHEN I SAY UTTERLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I MEAN THAT.

1) had to wait 1 hour after the check in time for them to release the room; 2) as soon we opened the room the suite was dirty from the previous guest 3) stinky pillows 4) hot water in the shower not working 5) dripping water from the sink 6) air conditioner filter with mold smell This was the worst place I’ve been in my whole life. I don’t recommend. I have it all documented with pictures and videos.

I found my experience at this hotel to be the most unprofessional stay I’ve ever experienced. Checking in we were redirected to a second property owned by the hotel, which was not made clear when booking. The second property was evidently not as nice as the first, and when we were finally given our room it was left dirty from the previous guests. Dirty dishes and used blankets and towels covered the room, and reception seem lost when we needed a new room. Reception was rude, with the exception of some nice individuals. But overall felt condescending towards our Portuguese. We asked reception for some towels to use the pool, and we were denied. Receiving a comment against soliciting, and how we needed to get approval to use a TOWEL at the pool we had paid to use. The next morning we were woken up at 6am by a horrendous alarm within our hotel floor that continued for over 5 minutes until it miraculously shut off and was never addressed by hotel staff. While the new room we were given was decent and the view was nice, the hotel environment and various other factors listed above discouraged me from EVER recommending this hotel to anyone else .

O quarto é bem iluminado e decorado de forma agradável, porém tem alguns detalhes que precisam melhorar. A televisão não tem conexão smart, o interfone não funciona, o piso do Box está sem rejuntes, e a camareira passa muito tarde (quase as 18h) ou seja fiquei sem arrumação no quarto. E por fim, tive zero de flexibilidade quando pedi para fazer o checkout uma hora depois do horário, me informando que seria cobrada. Mais um detalhe, o Hotéis.com tem manda para um endereço e chega lá, é outro edifício com outro nome. Enfim, o lugar é bom, mas tem alguns ajustes a serem feitos.

Chegamos às 14:00 mas só conseguimos entrar no quarto às 15:20 E não fomos de imediato acomodados no quarto reservado. Entrei em contato e só depois me acomodaram no quarto correto. O quarto é bom mas precisa de muitas melhorias. Toalhas bem velhas, lençol de cama e travesseiros bons. O banheiro precisa de uma reforma. O rejunte estava se soltando… e a parte do encanamento com cheiro de fossa foça. A limpeza fica muito mas muito a desejar durante a hospedagem.

Recepção nota 10. Bem localizado. Poderia estar um pouco mais limpo. Camareiras um tanto barulhentas pela manhã, arrastando móveis. Pouca acustica, até o barulho de hóspedes arrastando as malas pode incomodar. Temperatura do chuveiro oscila muito. Porta da varanda um pouco emperrada. Acho inadmissível que o frigobar não tenha sequer uma garrafinha de agua. Ar condicionado muito bom, e uma das melhores seleções de canais de TV que ja vi em hoteis similatrs.

Condições do quarto

Atraso na liberação do quarto. Perdi o horário de reunião pois cheguei e tive que aguardar 1hr para poder fazer checkin e ter acesso ao quarto. A tv muito antiga e só funcionava quando queria. Uma meia colocada na saída do sensor de fumaça. Luminária do baneheiro fora do lugar
