Amazing stay in Ir Yamim

We had a wonderful time at our stay in Ir Yamim. The apartment was clean and pleasant. Assaf was very attentive and helpful throughout!

It's an Air BNB

Nothing wrong with the service or the room itself but everyone should be warned that this is not a hotel. This is an Air BNB that found itself onto hotels.com. It was very difficult to find and upon arrival, I found myself in an apartment lobby and was greeted by the host himself. Very friendly but the overall experience was that of an Air BNB, not hotel. I had to request towels, the A/C to be turned on, soap, etc. There was not even a handle for the shower head. Plus, I had to pay an additional $84 USD upon arrival which was hidden in the fine print. If you are comfortable with an Air BNB experience, this place is for you but if you want a hotel, find a real one!

Disappointed

The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved.

Ikke pengene værd

Dårlig information og vejledning ved ankomst. Ingen velkomstfolder. Vælger stedet pga poolen, som man så ikke har adgang til. Får dog på messenger et billede af en anden kvinde, som burde give adgang, hvilket det ikke gør. Lejligheden er i ringe forfatning, og ikke rigtig ren ved ankomsten. Det er hverken muligt at få morgenmad, roomservice, strandparasoller. Der er ingen mørklægningsgardiner og i den døgnåbne reception taler de ikke engelsk. Generelt en dårlig oplevelse, som bestemt ikke var pengene værd.

From the minute I just opened the door all looks perfect. vey big windows with awesome sea view. apartment very clean with modern design. I had everything I need like in my home. location also was excellent for me.
