Please read this review, please don’t book Hotel This photo showing the nice Hotel but not very good and no good service there. Expedia say request to towel change in bed sheet, but very rudely and no good service either there and We stay five night. We struggling we keep request them not draining water kitchen sink, so how I can make cooking, arrange Maintenance people so fix my kitchen sink so draining water But we stay fine, but no one coming. They say we don’t have this moment, Maintenance people.

I had a good experience with this hotel. The rooms were a good temperature and had a refrigerator and a place to cook. The rooms themselves were very clean, but the hallways and lobby were in need of a renovation, which was apparently already planned.

Overall a disappointing stay. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready and we were told to come back in an hour, when our receptionist then tried to charge us for the room when we had prepaid. The room was fine but very basic, and had a few flickering lights. Our room was not once made up by housekeeping across the three days that we were there - and when we asked reception for fresh towels we were told they normally charge for this. The bedding was poor and kept pulling away revealing the plastic covers. The room had no iron but had an ironing board. We purposefully spent more on this accommodation compared to other options so that we could have a nicer stay, which unfortunately was not the case for us.

The aparthotel was in a great location for trains, trams, buses aswell as Nice old town and beach. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The 2 bedroom apartment was great and well equipped for a long stay. The decor was a little in need of updating but this did not distract from it being a brilliant place to stay.

It was a very nice and clean hotel close to a big shopping centre and a laundry service. It was also close to the old city with many restaurants. Friendly staff. The small pentry was ok. However, the stove was malfunctioning, maybe because it was old.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was spacious, offering a sitting area, kitchenette and table and chairs for eating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. Each member of the staff was charming and extremely helpful. The hotel is two blocks from the tram that brings you to the heart of nice in minutes. Literally two stops from place Garibaldi and four-five stops from place Messena and old town. I highly recommend this hotel unless you have your heart set on a view of the Mediterranean from your room.

Lovely Nice trip at Nice

Nice staff, especially the Receiption pretty young lady, she’s always smile, friendly and helpful. Good and comfortable room. Very convenient location, shopping mall in the opposite side.

Staff were very friendly and helped us find a place to watch the Olympics opening ceremony the day we checked in. Cold water dispenser by the front desk was heavenly on hot summer days. Kitchen had everything to make easy lunches and dinners. Location close to Nice-Riquier meant we could easily travel around the coast very easily.
