Close to dining, shopping and transit hubs. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Kitchenette with laundry made for a nice convenience. Smell from the kitchen sink drain was a bit unsavory, but otherwise, a great stay.

A good base for a few days in Lisbon. Quite small for three people. No tea towel so couldn’t dry up and only one dishwasher tablet for a three night stay. Could have been a bit more generous with some basic kitchen condiments (oil etc)

When we booked online they said one double bed and one twin bed the room only had one double. They also mentioned breakfast included and they told us at the hotel they ask us to pay for breakfast.

Location was very good. Apartment was very clean with maid service daily., it was smaller than I thought it was going to be . Shops and restaurants near by.. my only issue would be that the bed was hard with a thin Duvet for the winter, there was an extra single duvet in the cupboard which we had to share, the TV is also hanging badly slanted (needs fixed) would i stay again (probably not)

I love the location that is within walking to metro, tram and bus. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet has access for food . The property is updated and clean.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Check-in is complicated and has to be done once inside the property; it could be simplified with a system that allows you to check in before arriving.

It was shocking to find out that my reservation was cancelled right before our arrival in Portugal. The reason said was that the credit card was declined which is hard to believe since that card we have on file have been using before and after that transaction/reservations. Card is used for international purchases often and had a high limit on it. Very disappointing in that experience since we were abroad and scrambling to book another hotel was a great challenge for us.
