En flott leilighet. Hadde klima som var nødvendig grunnet varmen. Rengjøring ble foretatt når vi ønsket. Anlegget var vanskelig å finne. I bestilling var det opplyst at utsjekk var klokken 12.00, mens vi på overnattingstedet fikk beskjed om utsjekk klokken 11.00. Her må Hotels.com bli bedre på hva som gjelder. Negativt var at leilighet var veldig dårlig utstyrt med kjøkken artikler.

It’s not really boutique hotel, more like houtige room in old building. On arrival there was nobody at reception and after calling a while later someone came an rudely showed us to our room. Garbage bags on the floor in front of room door was a put off. Inside room was nice. We had power failure and after calling the reactions was “what do want us to do, it will come one some time today…..” we were due to check out in a few hours and was without light and power. The entrance is right next to migration office and have to jump that que to get to entrance door. Not good enough. Try something else instead, we will choose another place next time.

Мой любимый отель в Киеве, номера с просто шикарным дизайном, чувствуешь себя во дворце. Есть все- кухня с приборами и посудой, стиральная машинка. Супер удобная кровать. О персонале хочу сказать отдельно - лучшие, помогут в любой ситуации, очень благодарна им за отношение и понимание

The room and bathroom were very spacious and beautiful. Everything was really nice, clean and tidy. Also location was great, not too far from the main places to visit around the center. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Worst hotel ever

Worst Hotel i've stayed at in my life, apartment through a dark alleyway and down an unpaved road , up stairs that stank of mold , an elevator that was from the old ages that most of the time didnt work so had to walk up the stairs , the apartment was not as the pictures shown , television didnt work, airconditining leaked , safe had no key , no coffee or tea . The reception is in a separate building that you have to remember a code to enter if i hadnt payed in advance i would have left and gone somewhere else . A hostel would have been better

Better than expected

The impression when we arrived was better than we expected, We had Luxury Apartment A2, it was really spacious, really really clean, furnitures are superb quality, that is not the cheap ones from ikea, but real wood. Everything like in the description. Perfect location, just 1 minute walk from underground entrance, and in walking distance to all major attractions. The only drawback is that the room is just behind the reception, hoverer it is quite good soundproofed, but still you can hear if someone is checking in or entering the area. Also windows face the yard, where especially at weekends there is a spot for people who drink and speak loudly.

Central location, service needs improvement

The apartment hotel is centrally located. Next to it there are plenty of eateries and sights for u to see. The room is massive. The style is classic. Nothing for me to wow about. Pricing is reasonable. They don't seem to tidy your room or provide bottles of water. Reception is not friendly some with limited English.

Vi var fire kolleger, der skulle sove i 2 3/4 senge - ok, men der var kun 2 dyner og 4 hovedpuder. Da vi forsøgte at få to dyner mere, var det umuligt. Fik at vide, at det var standarden. Receptionisten talte kun ukarinsk. Det er meget svært at kommunikere via Google Translate.

Great place to stay!

Great stay! The location is amzing close to the famous avenue. You have a small shop to buy everything you need nearby and the people in the hotel are very nice. I strongly recommand it.
