We stayed in apartment 7. The location was great and so are the views. But the property is a little underwhelming. Decor is outdated, both garage remotes hardly working and one taped up in electrical tape. Oven wasn’t very clean and the bedding seems old. There is no deadlock on the front door which is odd. Not sure about the other apartments.

Fantastic place

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Spacious, clean all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Pool perfect temperature. Easy access to beach. Bus stop to Noosa Heads only 70m away. Short walk along the beach to get to Noosa national park if you wanted to walk the coastal walk to Noosa Heads. A couple minutes walk to lifesaving club and number of shops at sunshine beach.

Nice position and sea views.Service was good, when told of a broken appliance it was removed and replaced with a new one the next day. Car park was a bit tight for a larger vehicle. Bed was comfortable but balcony decking and furniture needed some maintenance. Overall though a relaxing stay.

Multiple problems with the property ranging from poor signage and directions on check in, to poorly maintained outdoor stairs, keys not dunctioning and taped together, broken front door lock, grubby linen and furniture, general poor maintenance (wiring on bedside lamp, non functioning aircon control). While the view and location was fantastic, the lack of care and attention and overall comfort saw us checkout early. No contact from the manager despite reporring problems. Would not recommend.

Had to park a long way from the property and walk down to get my keys for check-in as there is very limited street parking out the front and then walk back to my car and come back to the unit again. Unit could do with a good refurb. Had friends staying in other units which were much nicer and better equipped. No dishes for the microwave. Paint on stairs worn off. Very dusty, especially under beds. More towels would be nice. No onsite management which meant noisy guests in other units got away with it all night. Noticed smoke detectors are not up to standard. Was close to surf club and other shops and beach. Was ok but definitely not worth the price.

Although the view was great the property was below standard. There were no exterior lights on the walkways which is a safety issue. The cleanliness of the place: several dead bugs on the carpet, dishes in the cupboard actually had grease on them and old food, and generally not super clean in the kitchen and floors. Lots of minor things for maintenance but the overall condition of the place mechanically was not good. Handle on the slider was loose as about to fall of, shower door in the master was the same. Overall I was not happy with the property and felt like what was pictured was not what we received. Text message prior to check in never happened as promised. I had to find an office which no longer existed. Found a phone number to call and finally got the combo to a safe where the keys were located. Would not recommend.

Nice large apartment Great sunshine and water glimpses. Pros: size, clean amenities, location 100m to beach and SLSC (flags) /200m to shops. Nice pool that you can do laps in if you want a swim. $10 Uber to Noosa shops or golf course so don't need a car Cons: It is hilly so lots of climbing and stairs Apartment pool only cleaned once a week so full of leaves, Have to clean up before you leave including putting out the rubbish, etc. as no cleaner comes in Overall good but older/dated accomodation with everything close

Overall good. Property was offsie and the pool was in terrible state when we got there. We asked and they said it would be cleaaned the next day which was not. Then just the day before we left the maintenanve people around the area told us there was a crack and it required repair. This was disappointing that it was not communicated to us whilst we were there. The site pool was very small. There was also maintenance happening at the apartments next door so noise levels first thing in the morning were annoying. Otherwise location to the beach was the best.
