Clean comfortable room with individually operated heater and useful kitchen area. (Microwave , fridge/freezer, kettle). Comfy bed and quiet at night. Nice shower room with towels provided and the added touch of tea, coffee etc and hand soap and shower gel in bathroom. TV always a plus. Overall clean and comfortable and very close to town centre.

The area is really good and close to town centre. It's easy to get something to eat and buy thing. The property is clean and tidy. I will introduce someone to live abd I will come again.

staff stay in touch to assist you in any way possible; best staff ever. they ask you if you want to extend your stay; they arrange it if you do. they dont wait for you to do it all on your own. very professional; nice neighbors, building has an awesome stained glass window on graceful huge staircase leading to second floor-esthetics are great. large windows; plenty of daylight.

Twin room we stayed in was a big size with plenty of room to move around in. On a main road so some traffic noise. Microwave, fridge and kettle provided. Few pubs nearby of varying quality. Fish & Chips and convenience store very close by. Found it hard to get anything to eat in Crewe on a Monday evening within walking distance. No staff present, but easily contacted by phone at all times. Single key on a lightweight plastic fob easy to lose as I found out to my cost, £36 for a replacement. Overall, the stay was worth the money and would happily return.

No support from owners but a decent stay

For the money this is a really good apartment. Don’t expect a reply from the owner though, we requested replenishment of toilet roll but got nothing back. One roll for a four night stay! The communal kitchen is useful but a real pain for us as it was right next to the entry to our room……Comings and goings all the while. Security needs improvement too. There’s a sign on the main entrance door to ‘Keep it Closed” other guests just left it open … anyone can then enter the building. Room comfortable, clean. The kitchenette is perfect when staying a few days. (No need for an extra kitchen!) Bring with you toilet roll, toiletries, hair dryer if needed. Location good, fast food and Nando’s minutes away and a retail park with shops a stroll away. The accommodation is next to a very busy road so expect traffic noise. Would I return …. Probably not but it’s a good value room when on a budget.
