Great location, but no ocean view. If you want an ocean view this may not be the place as I was told all the ocean view rooms are private (owned by condo owners). Otherwise it’s very cute, clean, modern and in a great spot on South Beach, a close walk to all the restaurants etc.

The location is unbeatablee right on Ocean Drive and literally steps from the beach, restaurants, and everything happening in South Beach. I was fortunate enough to stay in a room with ocean view, very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful throughout the stay. Even though the property doesn’t have a pool, they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels which makes going to the beach super convenient. If you’re looking for a well-located, clean, boutique-style stay in the heart of South Beach, this is a great option.
