Easy check in process, it took about 30 mins of queuing, that was ok as there were lots of people Staff extremely helpful. Unfortunately I forgot to book the carpark. It's a must I won't forget again, although there is a very good underground carpark opposite for a very reasonable price. *€8/day Apartment was great, big enough for the two of us. It came with all you would need for a week's skiing. It is literally a few minutes to the slopes, ideal with children. On the way you pass the ski school, ski hire and the ski pass pick up points. Overall a fantastic stay. I will be looking to stay there again.

La résidence est bien placée aux pieds des escalators qui mènent aux pistes. L'équipe de l'accueil est top et professionnelle Deux bémols tout de même : l'attente de l'ascenseur et les équipements un peu vieillots de l'appartement. Nous retournerons dans cette résidence sans problème.

Je suis très mécontent, nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants et il n’y avait pas de draps et de housses pour tout le monde. De plus l’appartement était sale et 2 des lits superposés étaient tellement sales que nous n’avons pas pu y faire dormir nos enfants, d’autant plus qu’il manquait des draps et housses de couettes. La vaisselle était sale également nous avons du la laver avant de l’utiliser.

Tres bon etablissement

Nous étions dans un jolie petit appartement et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L’établissement est en contre bas du cœur de la station, mais ce n'est pas gênant car il y a juste a coté un grand escalator qui vous dépose a la station, donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture.

L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. Nous étions 2 familles et les 2 sdb étaient bien venues. La literie est confortable et les couvertures ressentes. Le wifi et la TV sont à payer en supplément. Nous avons payé le wifi qui ne fonctionnait absolument pas. Résidence proche de l'école des piou-piou.

Ok pour séjours semaine mais pas week end

Court séjour entre amis. Résidence bien entretenue mais avec des parties communes (couloirs, escaliers) peu chaleureuses. Situation correcte mais local à skis pas pratique, sans accès direct à l’extérieur obligeant à se déplacer en chaussettes jusqu’à l’étage supérieur pour chausser les chaussures de skis sur un palier de porte… Organisation peu adaptée aux court séjours de week-end : Check out avec ménage à 10h00 le dimanche. Prix un peu excessif sur ce week end, mais probablement expliqué par une réservation dernière minute sur un week end de compétition dans la station.

Nous avions réservé un appartement pour 10 personnes du 26 décembre 2021 au 02 janvier 2022. A partir du jeudi soir 30 décembre et jusqu'au 2 janvier, un groupe de jeunes ayant loué un appartement, ont trouvé amusant de mettre la musique à fond sur le balcon, de crier et chanter à tue-tête, jusque tard dans la nuit. Impossible de dormir, des gens criaient pour leur dire d'arrêter, rien n'y faisait. Nous avons signalé les faits à l'accueil, mais pas de réaction, le personnel paraissait blasé. Nous trouvons cela très léger, des résidents ont été obligés d'intervenir à plusieurs reprises. Beaucoup de familles étaient avec des enfants en bas âge. Je ne peux recommander cet établissement.
