Poco solidarios por el tema del coronavirus.

No me dieron la posibilidad de cancelar cuando ya se estaba por aplicar la cuarentena obligatoria por el coronavirus. Por lo que me cobraron la estadía sin poder ir.

Hotel cómodo

El hotel es cómodo y el personal excelente en su mayoría a excepción de la persona que me cobró iva sobre el precio final de expedia cuando éste en expedia me figuraba precio final con iva INCLUIDO. Envié un email con la prueba y nunca me respondieron. Pagué iva dos veces.
