We liked the spacious apartment. It was clean and tidy and had everything you could need. Great location and surrounds The only negative for us was the substandard WIFI . Sometimes at night watching Netflix it was very patchy . Otherwise it was great

We had a great holiday at Bali Hai. Our apartment was spacious, very clean and we had a fantastic view from our balcony. Michael was friendly, but wasn’t always contactable by phone. A little disappointed that the spa didn’t work. Very steep driveway but great undercover parking.

The location was great, and the apartment very spacious. However, the apartment was outdated, and the drawers in the kitchen need fixing. In addition, the second bedroom need block out curtains, and mattresses need to be replaced as it is stained and uncomfortable.

Happy Short Stay

Our stay was super from the booking to the end. The property was really well appointed and very clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful with letting us know everything we needed. The property is close enough to Hastings street without being in the busyness of it and close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shopping either side of the hill. The unit had plenty of space and everything you need for a great holiday. We stayed 3 nights but would have been happy to stay many more.

Michael and Sue are lovely. They are very knowledgeable about the area, helpful and kind. The Bali Hai has great prices, is only a short walk to Hastings and has amazing views of the beach and river. The apartment was spacious and very well outfitted. It was fun to have access to the roof with a little hot tub.

Enjoyed the Location, Maintenance & Upgrade Needed

Just a few shortcomings. We are family of 4 and felt there was insufficient glasses/plates for the times we ate in. The BBQ grill was uneven and in need of maintenance. Oddly, both showers had same problem with showe heads falling down and not staying high enough - maintenance needed. The hot tub was only warm, not hot. The location was a bit unusual, but worked for us -- long pathway of steps down to Hastings street. But was also walking distance in other direction to a supermarket and street with restaurants and movie theater. We prefer to walk when we can, so found the location of the Bali Hai to be very good from that perspective.

The penthouse was great, views as promissed. Yes the walk up hill is extreme and we work up mountains for fun. You can catch bus up hill for $4.70 adult. One night noisey family stayed next door. Pool was nice as was penthouse spa

Great views and large unit size. The big black crows wake you up each morning about 30 min before sunrise. Noosa Heads has almost no small birds anymore.
