The property was going through renovations so it was noisy. Staff were very helpful and nice. Other than the construction going on it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The rooms and bathrooms were all very clean and they provided many towels every day as well as water bottles every day during our stay. We had a very easy check-in and check-out process because they sent communications and provided instructions throughout the stay. There is a washing machine in the suite unit if you need to do laundry! There was also a small kitchen although we didn’t use it. The hotel was easy to get to and the location was very convenient to get to anywhere else in Seoul. The beds were comfortable and the AC in the living room as well as in each bedroom was definitely a life saver because it was 97 degrees (f) outside. Thank you for a very pleasant stay, I would stay here again!

Polite staff and room cleaning staff. Location is great with many shops and restaurant around, 12minute walk to Myeongdong, and close to subway and bus stops.

The property was under renovation during the 2 weeks of our stay so the hallways and elevator are not quite clean. We heard noise during the day cause by the construction. Loud music from the bar/club at night. Looking at the bright side the rooms are very clean. Amenities are well provided. What made it great during our stay, are the Hotel Staff. They’re very friendly, helpful and attentive. The locations are very convenient. Many restaurants and cafe around the property. Convenience store are just few steps away. Walkable to Myeongdong Market.

Staff were very helpful, but pictures were deceiving. It looked much nicer online, but the bathroom was nice and had very hot water. The location is very active at night but safe. Had a lot of restaurants around and even downstairs. Train stations within a 5 min walk.

Staffs are helpful and lots of eating places around the area. It can be very noisy during night time due to lots of bar surrounding the hotel vicinity.

Clean rooms, fully equiped kitchen, clean bathroom, right in the middle of everything, love this. Only downside, limited storage for clothes, no closets. And no where to place your body washes. But other than that, I would absolutely book again!
