Muito bem localizado, quarto grande, porém pecou na limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns. Porém, nada que atrapalhasse significativamente a hospedagem.

Bom custo benefício.

Ótima localização, com farmácia, mercado e restaurantes próximos. A limpeza ficou um pouco a desejar: a mesa disponível estava bastante suja; e o quarto com 2 camas de solteiro tinha uma cheiro leve de modo, que não chegou a atrapalhar o descanso. O controle de ar condicionado de um dos quartos não funcionava, mas era possível utilizar o do outro quarto pra ligar e ajustar o que estava sem controle. No geral foi satisfatório.

Hotel com cheiro de mofo, de ambiente fechado, limpeza boa porém cortina, toalhas e lençóis manchados. Barulho de obra de manhã cedo e som alto na madrugada todos os dias da hospedagem. As fotos não condizem com a realidade.

Estadia PERFEITA!

Foi ótimo, nenhum ponto negativo a declarar sobre a locação. Foi incrível pra nós, localizado no centro de Canasvieiras, perto de tudo,(praia, mercado, farmácias, restaurantes), ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários, ocorreu o serviço de quarto todos os dias. Melhor lugar que já fiquei até hoje, estava tudo conforme as fotos e as descrições. E sempre prestaram muito suporte a qualquer informação. Foi perfeito, com certeza irei voltar novamente.

NÃO RECOMENDO !!!

Não tem recepção todos os dias. Disseram que tinha estacionamento, mas não tem. Informam que tem café da manhã disponível, mas não tem. O quarto pequeno não tem nenhum lugar para guardar as roupas. Ficamos quatro diárias e nunca foi feito uma limpeza e nem retirada dos lixos.

Instalações modestas , com muito barulho exterior ( quarto de frente a um ponto de ônibus) Pedi um quarto maior que veio com uma cama “extra” que ao sentar levantava o outro lado . Não recomendo . Aliás nem serviço de quarto tinha . Péssima experiência

Gostei muito das instalações, tudo novo! Unica questão a ser verificada pelo hotel é a cortina da sala que não impede luz do sol de manhã passar e o quarto fica com claridade.
