There was little to jo service. They did not provide towels for the pool or beach. They provided only one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay (you must provide your own). The breakfast was poor with many item left replenished/ empty. I would not stay here again. It is managed as a long term rental.

Location was only positive thing. We initially were fibbed off with a standard room. The apartment we were given was a poor standard. Fridg didn’t work and froze ant food in it, toilet seat lose . Table on balcony wrecked and a urine stain on duvet cover. The fridge etc wax mentioned to management but nothing done

communication is horrible. horrible hours at front desk and could not get a hold of them if i tried. no help with making stay enjoyable. would not stay here again. no AC, extremely loud and thin walls. not a lot of bedding available and no housekeeping or clean towels. really poor stay.

Very nice hotel & management, close to everything

Very nice hotel and management. There was a mistake with our room booking but it got resolved and compensated well. Thanks to all staff very kind and professional. Very close to everything we loved it and are planning next trip.

I had to wait for my room to be ready, but, they had a comfortable lounge in lobby to wait in. My room was spacious and balcony was awesome, and overlooked ocean! It was walkable, 5-7min to restaurants and beach. I would stay again, and very close to airport.

Staff at the reception were great. Very pleasant and helpful. Room was tired and could do with a face lift. The room was also cold. I could not work out how to increase the temperature or was not working. It was too late in the night to ask anyone. Overall the stay was good for one night though. Earlier check-in and later check out would be much more attractive and helpful. I almost didn’t book based on these but spoke to reception prior to booking and during my stay who were really kind and flexible. Standard hours are at least 15.00 for check in and 11.00 for check out.

The property could use some improvements, but overall it was a nice place to stay. The best part of the property is the area. There are many good restaurants nearby, and if you wish to go somewhere else, the train station is within walking distance.
