Reception working hours would be much more longer such as starting from 07:00am to 11:00pm and check-in hours should be starting from 3:00pm. Parking is an advantage. Clean rooms and comfort was wonderful. Thanks to staff. We appreciate their help and effort during our check-in.

Good apart hotel for the price, but some points of improvement: most of the rooms with ‘sea view’ are only partial sea view, especially on 3rd or 4th floor. The pool has no parasols but plenty of sunbeds. Most days there was a group of teenagers/young people who gained access to the pool area (who weren’t staying at the hotel) and some were weed which made it unpleasant to sit by the pool. The sofa bed in our room had a massive dip in the middle so was quite uncomfortable. Positives are big rooms, friendly receptionists, clean and comfortable beds.

There was little to jo service. They did not provide towels for the pool or beach. They provided only one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay (you must provide your own). The breakfast was poor with many item left replenished/ empty. I would not stay here again. It is managed as a long term rental.

Location was only positive thing. We initially were fibbed off with a standard room. The apartment we were given was a poor standard. Fridg didn’t work and froze ant food in it, toilet seat lose . Table on balcony wrecked and a urine stain on duvet cover. The fridge etc wax mentioned to management but nothing done

communication is horrible. horrible hours at front desk and could not get a hold of them if i tried. no help with making stay enjoyable. would not stay here again. no AC, extremely loud and thin walls. not a lot of bedding available and no housekeeping or clean towels. really poor stay.

We were very disappointed with our stay here. We contacted the hotel prior to arrival and asked for details on how to check in as we Would be arriving late at night. After several prompts, we received an email with details on how to do this. On arrival we collected our key from the safe and made our way to the room. The room had not been cleaned, there were wet and dirty towels in the bathroom and the beds had clearly been slept and bedding unchanged. As we had arrived late at night with three children we had no choice but to clean up as best we could. The next morning we complained to reception who told us to contact hotels.com to receive a refund. Unsurprisingly the hotel have been ignoring hotels.com’s emails and no refund has been forthcoming. Having since read other reviews it seems that this is not an isolated incident, and with no recourse from hotels.com I would not book here again.

I had to wait for my room to be ready, but, they had a comfortable lounge in lobby to wait in. My room was spacious and balcony was awesome, and overlooked ocean! It was walkable, 5-7min to restaurants and beach. I would stay again, and very close to airport.
