This month is very important to my husband and I: it is our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and this hotel did not disappoint! All staff members were friendly, pleasant, and showed excellent customer service skills. Shwan was an attentive and overall wonderful host. The entire staff really cared about the quality of our stay and they paid keen attention to the details. Not only is the building beautiful and in an ideal location, but the apartment is meticulously designed with the customer in mind, designed for one’s stay to become an extraordinary experience. Apartments are in a great location. Minutes walk from the underground, shops and bars. Felt very safe as accommodation is manned 24/7. Apartments are spotlessly clean, well equipped and modern. We were staying in London for 5 days and finding a place to stay is a daunting task. City Prime was a great choice. It is located outside the hustle busy of central London in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the Earl's Court tube station. You can get everywhere you need to go from there. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer was a plus for an extended stay. Karim was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Highly recommend.
