조용하고, 쾌적했습니다. 특히 정원이 매우 인상적이었습니다. 다만, 대중교통을 이용하는 데는 약간의 불편함이 있습니다. (U-Bahn 역에서 걸어서 10분 정도의 거리) 만약 빈에서 1달살이를 할 예정이라면 매일 아침 도나우 강을 산책할 수 있는 아주 좋은 옵션이 추가될 것입니다.

Cute but far

This is a cute apartment that was clean and in a nice area. It’s quite removed from the city and doesn’t quite feel like it’s in Vienna. It was frustrating that there was an Aircon in the room but the remote hadn’t been removed, leaving it unusable and quite hot (even with windows open).

Almost like being on vacation while working!

I really like this place. It is a 15 minute walk to the Vienna International Centre where my meetings were being held, so the location is convenient. It is also on a quiet street that borders a lake and has a park at one end. I was able to swim and go jogging after work. That being said, I would try to avoid rooms 2 and 4, as they are close together and share an outdoor area. During my stay there were rather noisy occupants of the opposite room that also spent a lot of time sitting in the outdoor area just outside my window smoking and talking. They were not behaving inappropriately, but I found their presence annoying. I have stayed here before in a different room where this was not at all a problem, so I would recommend avoiding rooms 2 or 4 if you think you might find this bothersome.

ドナウ川沿いの住宅街の中のコンドミニアム

いわゆるコンドミニアムです。そしてウィーン郊外の住宅街のど真ん中にあり、初めて行く時は不安になるような、普通の住宅街の中を歩いていくことになります。 予約完了するとメールが送られてきます。ドイツ語、英語、イタリア語で同じ内容が書かれているので、どれかの言語がある程度読める必要があります。さもないとこの施設にはフロントがないので、パスポートの登録すら出来ず宿泊ができません。 施設全体は静かで、良いところです。ただ駅から徒歩10分ほどかかるので、荷物があると辛いですね。最寄駅にはショッピングモールがあり、買い物はいくらでもそこで出来るので、数週間生活できます。 欧州人が車で乗り付けてバカンスを楽しむような、そんな施設だと思いました。

A great place to stay.

For someone having busines at the Vienna International Centre, this is a good location but some walking is involved (which is good, lazy folks like me need an incentive to walk more), The room was comfy, the bathroom towel heater and radiant heater made for wonderful showers, It's a 10-12 min walk to the Strand Cafe (specially is ribs), about 15-18 minutes to the Alten Kaisermuelin (great grilled lamb chops) and about 10-12 min to the Donauzentrum, one of Vienna's biggest shopping centres (I like to eat at Akakiko when I go there). AJO Apartments has other great locations too. My wife and I have booked at AJO Apartments Messe Dec 2-26. The 11A bus goes to the Vorgartenstrasse U-Bahn station (U1 line) and across the street there is a SPAR supermarket.

Convenient and quiet location

We stayed for 6 nights in a compact,1 bedroom apt. Our particular unit didn't have much interior living space,but we sat outside when the weather permitted. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to several U stops and a huge shopping mall with groceries etc. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential,yet an easy U ride to the heart of Vienna.

Comfortable and pleasant place

It was a very pleasant apartment with sufficient space and facilities. The check in and out procedure was clear and easy, and the address was quite easy to find too. It was a good and pleasant walk for me to work at UNOV, but it is not very near the metro station.
