The only downside was that the laundry machine’s dryer didn’t work well, and the amenities (shampoo/shower products) were below expectations in quality. The staff was wonderful and the room was spotless. There was a problem with the shower nozzle which they repaired within an hour. They also offer a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall and Jumeirah beach which was an added bonus. We ordered room service for dinner and it was very tasty and arrived hot. I would stay here again.
