A great view if you get a balcony in the lake room. FYI: the kitchen is NOT included. There is a door to the kitchen which is locked. There is a fee to access the kitchen. The breakfast at the lobby was excellent! And still a great view of the lake...

Very dated property in need of upgrades. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was not so good. Breakfast workers cared more of getting your room number then serving food. Amazing view.

Kindness of others always warms the heart.

We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time Riva del Garda. We will be back.

Nice place for holiday

The place very nice with welcome people, We did star trip every day to deferent point, the night the city very nice only the shop close at 1900, The hotel was perfect only the parking was very expensive and far from the hotel, we download App for parking and that was much better.

Prettiest place on Lake Garda

The location is the best possible on the lake. Breakfast selection see equal to a full buffet. Staff very helpful. Parking was confusing. Room was large, needs updating. And pillows were the strangest I have ever encountered. Would defiantly stay again.
