Great location. However the apartment I paid for had an issue with shower head. They changed our apt to one several floors above - smaller and less light. The apartment wasn’t as nice, but sufficient. The check-in can be confusing. They were not flexible at all with check-in time.

Sofa was disgusting. Covered in countless stains. We called it out within 5 minutes of checking in. No one came to clean or at least provide a cover. It was the only piece of furniture in living room. Which means we couldn’t use that area (or watch the only tv in the property) - communication was very slow. More detailed questions were deferred to “the management”. Basic questions were answered very slowly by someone on watsapp. - check in was automated and smooth. - washroom was updated and clean. - location was very central

Location is perfect! On a walking street. Manteigaria Cream Pastry Factory and Amorino Gelato are right around the corner. Has an elevator and luggage storage for $2 euros. Towel warmer was a nice touch!
