The staff was outstanding and made our stay truly enjoyable. Ms. Paulette was amazing—she gave us such a warm and welcoming check-in and made us feel like family throughout our stay. The chefs in the kitchen were wonderful, and every meal we had was delicious. The only suggestion I have is to offer a little more variety for breakfast and dinner. Having a few different menu options each day would make an already great experience even better. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality!

I really appreciated how close this hotel was to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and gave us the opportunity to enjoy authentic Caribbean cuisine each morning. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Mr. Curt and Ms. William are wonderful cooks, and every meal they prepared was delicious. Ms. Paulette was exceptionally warm and welcoming—she made my husband and me feel like family and always took the time to check in on us whenever she saw us. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a greater variety of breakfast and dinner options for guests staying multiple days. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

The room we booked wasn’t what we got when we arrived. Upon waiting and checking they finally moved us to the room that we booked. Then I received an email for the room price different charged! Same thing for the breakfast that was included, they will take their chances to charge you and ask you to pay. Be careful!

The pool view was very nice. La Heliconia is close to the airport, so the view of part of the runway is quite nice, plus the view of the Caribbean Sea was also visible, though far away. Vegetation around the hotel is quite nice as well.
