The staff were absolutely lovely. From offering us heat packs when we headed out early in the winter mornings, offering us snacks after a long day and helping with local restaurant recommendations. I don’t often comment on the staff but these guys were fantastic.

We stayed here at the end of our trip in Japan and it was perfect! The overall apartment was a good size and there was plenty of space for our suitcases (helped with packing for the flight home). It was also nice to have a lounge area that wasn't our beds. The location was super close to the station and convenience stores.
