Really spacious room, it is ac tad noisy duec to the bypass so close, but that also made for super easy access to the bus. We were so tired from all the walking and exploring we didn't really notice the noise. Great hospitality

Perfect location

Hurleys is ideally located for both Queenstown's active centre and ease of getting to both ski fields. Its also near local bus stops. Plenty of eateries are also nearby. The rooms are spacious, have cooking facilities, great bath and comfy beds.

Priyanka (spelling?) was absolutely wonderful. She made an international call to clear up and confirm a change to our booking. She was courteous and attentive to our needs. I observed her offering to finish drying another guests clothes using the hotel’s facilities. (he had a problem with guest laundry/dryer). Our stay at Hurley’s was actually 4 different stays broken up by adventures. We stored our things there while on our excursions. Rooms were clean and great. Location wonderful and good value. Sauna was great. Best of all Priyanka the hotel manager was just delightful.

Negative aspects: Leaky faucet, wrong plug for jet bath (unusable), doors on lean to building making them difficult to close properly, generally needs some of the money generated from the property used in upkeep. Close to main road and noise even at the rear of the property. Positives: lower price than other places (though still not reflective of the condition imo), 24hr Sauna and Gym are nice amenities, town is walkable distance. Decking outside the rooms is handy if not a little worn down.
