Everything was excellent - ocean view from the balcony, perfect location - close to the beach and pedestrian walk that goes by multiple beaches both directions. Hotel has parking for extra charge, but it has good discount for hotel guests. Room was clean and hotel staff was very friendly.

We struggled with cockroaches and were told no other rooms were available. After they failed to deal with it after 3 days, I got Expedia involved, and suddenly there was a room available. We got a couple of free dinners as a courtesy, but the dinner here is not very good. The only good thing this hotel has is its proximity to the beach.

The Palm Beach is in a great central location, making it easy to get around and explore the local area. Great location for the beach as well. However, the rooms and furniture are quite tired and worn, and the whole place would really benefit from a refurb to bring it up to standard. On the positive side, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference to the stay. The food offered a decent and varied selection, though it could have been served a bit warmer at times. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay with lovely staff and reasonable food, but the accommodation itself could use some updating.
