Polanco is the best part of Mexico City! It’s totally safe to walk around. The building is very quiet. Front desk staff are super helpful! We had the two bedroom unit, which is very spacious! The kitchen is big and convenient. Since our unit is right above the Main Street, we could hear some noise at night and early morning. In general this is a great stay! Thank you!

Service and employees were amazing professionals and friendly. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Location was perfect you can walk anywhere and feel safe.
