PCB is beautiful of course. The property overall is nice and kept up for the most part. The restrooms by the big pool need help. The toilet felt like it was going to fall off the wall and no toilet paper. It is dated. The unit, tower 1 1300 was dated and worn. Fix the towel bar, paint the doors, take down the lifting wallpaper. update the colors replace the worn furniture and take up the carpet. Just update it. With the thousand of condos that can be rented I would not choose it again. It wouldn't take much to fix it. The glass doors are a different story and I could over look those if the rest was done.
