Net en schoon hotel

Complex bestaat uit twee gedeelten: aan beide zijden van een weg. Wij zaten aan de noordkant: mooie ruime appartementen met ruim balkon. Mooi uitzicht. Goede bedden en goed uitgeruste keuken. Prima wifi (bij aankomst niet maar werd direct hersteld toen we het meldden). In winter is hier alleen de bar beperkt open. In het complex aan de andere kant van de weg is een restaurant en restaurant/bar wel doorlopend open. Wel restaurants in de buurt. In binnenzwembad is badmuts verplicht.

Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel. Virkelig imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Pænt og meget rent værelse. Skønt at der er stue og soveværelse. Fint køkken med det som man har brug for. Vi havde dig valgt halvpension og det var både god morgenmad og forskellige tema for buffet til aften. Meget bredt og lækkert udvalg. Fantastisk poolområde til hotellet med mulighed for at benytte alle da andre pools på det store ressort, som strækker sig over flere lejlighedscomplekser. Flot strand tæt på. Fantastic hotel due to multiple pool options, restaurants, staff service and cleanliness. Only negative I found was the location. It’s quite a long walk to the beach in the heat and the hotel does not provide sun loungers or umbrellas. The beach can get very crowded so unless you bring your own ‘shade’ then expect to be roasted in the sun.

Beautiful resort property. The resort is large and provides direct private beach access which we really enjoyed. Numerous beautiful pools and a couple restaurants to pick from. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I had read some previous reviews indicating breakfast was chaotic - i didn't find it that bad at all. Staff worked hard to keep the dishes fresh and stocked. Did not try the dinner buffer, but had pizza from the Italian restaurant twice (very good). Overall, very nice and well kept grounds. Two minor items for improvement - The ropes course was not open (front desk indicated they did not receive their permit for this year) and the shower is due for a renovation. Would definitely stay again.

Really kid friendly resort that’s 5 mins from new town and old town albufeira. Lots of pools and food options. Clean rooms and well kept. Good kitchen facilities.

Great hotel for families

The hotel is great for families! This was our second time at the resort. Staff are friendly and helpful. This time we found the service at the bar very slow each time. Too many people were waiting to be served. Only 3 staff amongst 10-12 tables.
