Very nice

Overall, excellent place to stay. My room was spacious and was as advertised. The receptionist was very kind and allowed my Mom to check out later as I was still in my conference until 3PM. It is about 10-15 min walk to/from Bonn UN Campus train station. I took off a point because the room did not have kleenex, bar soap, and the bathroom door is a barn sliding door that didn’t really close nor provide much privacy (no lock, see through, no soundproofing).

Good, but not perfect.

My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels. The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. However, it is a nice a location, close to the mentro station, and very friendly staff.

Sehr netter Service am Empfang, Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sauber, Frühstücksbuffet schön angerichtet und wird stetig nachgefüllt, Nachts sehr leise sowohl im Hotel als auch auf der Straße, Waren nur eine Nacht dort, wären aber gerne noch länger geblieben.

Super Unterkunft für Selbstverpfleger

Sehr gut ausgestattet ab Standard oder Basic Zimmer. Was negativ auffällt ist die Hitze im Sommer, keine Klimanlage vorhanden ist. Bei Fenster auf hört man den Zugverkehr oder weitere Gäste die auf dem Parkplatz sich aufhalten, je nach dem zur welche Seite man das Zimmer hat.

Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss, direkt vom Parkplatz einsehbar - Ruhe und Erholung stelle ich mir anders vor. Von dem Kissen habe ich jetzt eine Nackenzerrung. Im Zimmer liefen kleine Tierchen herum (Silberfische?).

　アパート（タイプホテル）は、欧州各地で５０箇所以上滞在しているけれど、総合的に見てその中で多分Ｔｏｐ３に入る施設だと思う。 その理由として、 ａチェックインに最近多いオンラインや非対面などのかえって面倒な手続きがなく、かつ、事前に宿泊者情報を確認して必要最小限の手続きでキーカードの受けとりができた。 ｂ比較的新しい施設だけれど、デザイン優先の使い勝手が悪い設備がないと共に必要十分な設備・物品がほぼ整っている。 例１：高所設置で出し入れが難しく危険な電子レンジ、ここは目線に近く使い勝手が良い。 例２：デスク周りの電源不足、ここはデスク上に２箇所電源があり、十分足りる。 例３：ゆったりとしたおそらくクィーンサイズのベッドと広いデスクとデスクチェアに加えてオットマン付きの肘掛け椅子が配置され、シングルルームとしては十分な仕事環境とくつろぎが得られる。 ｃ立地は一見良くなさそうだけれど、周辺の数多い博物館等は徒歩で行ける。また、最寄りの”Ollenhauerstraße”Ｕバーン駅からケルン、ジークブルクのＩＣＥ駅は乗り換えなしで行ける。 　改善が望ましい点としては、 ａシャワーの水圧が少し低く、満足感に欠けること。 ｂシャワー室は出入り口を開けたガラス仕切壁になっているけれど、出入り口部分からの飛び水があるため、カーテン等対策があった方が良いと思う。 ｃ食器に厚手のガラスカップあると良いと思う。 ｄテレビが少し小さいあるいはベッドから遠いため、寝ながらだと見づらい。できればもう少し大きい方がありがたい。

Wir hatten erst einen sehr guten Eindruck. Große Zimmer, mit Küche und schönem Bad. Leider war das Zimmer jedoch nur mit einer abgeschlossenen Zimmertür vom Nachbarzimmer getrennt. Die Türe kann man vom Bett aus sehen. Unsere Zimmernachbarn haben leider bis spät in die Nacht orientalische Kirchengesänge gehört und es fühlte sich an, als würden die Kollegen in unserem Zimmer sitzen. Oben drüber hat man auch Trampeln gehört und ab 5 Uhr Morgens hat im 5 Minuten-Takt der Wecker des Nachbarzimmers geklingelt. So stellt man sich den "Urlaub" nicht vor. Wir haben leider keine Minute gut geschlafen. Die Küche riecht stark nach Fett - sie müsste etwas besser geputzt werden.

Der Service zum Frühstück war gut, aber gegen 9.00 h war nicht mehr alles vom Angebot vorhanden. Die Bedienstete war aber sehr freundlich. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wie alle Anderen im Haus. Wir konnten ein Upgrade bei der Ankunft ohne Probleme vornehmen.
