Always a good quality and good value stay, I prefer to stay here when working in the east end. Having a pool and spa is great for unwinding at the end of the day. Breakfast buffet is great quality.

Stayed 6 nights in 1 bedroom suite. Wonderful, spacious room, full kitchen, friendly staff, awesome location. Pool and gym were very nice. Will stay again but next time won’t pay extra for the buffet breakfast - a bit ordinary and much better options nearby.

A great apartment hotel in Melbourne. Will definitely stay here again. Booked a premium one bedroom apartment and asked for a high floor. Was given the top floor. The front desk staff were excellent. Great communication and very welcoming. A little road noise from outside, but to be expected in the heart of a city. Bathrooms were outdated but exceptionally clean nevertheless. Comfortable bed with premium linens. Could do with higher quality towels.

Rooms are big and very clean. Pool was a little too cool but good. Breakfast was great. Parking was good and cheaper if you are a member, but not enough spaces on Level 5 which makes it inconvenient to use the lift 5 to get directly into hotel/ room. You have to go to ground and walk to the outside. Staff were all helpful. Only negative was the shower is in the bath.

The first comment walking into the checkin was "what do you want" which i find quite rude. Temperature we could not change ourselves in apartment which was freezing cold we had to ask reception to adjust it a bit annoying. Front desk never greeted us walking by. There was urine stains on bed sheets too.
