Better than you think

When I checked in, the room was not quite ready, but the staff remedied it right away. It isnt the Ritz, but, for the price, it was great. The other hotel guests were quiet and kept to themselves. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who required a lengthy stay, but didn't want to break the bank to do it.

Worst Extended Stay Hotel in the Country

Bait & Switch, They knew they were a scam because they made you pay upfront and when you got to your room it was nothing like the photos they posted online. I didn't feel safe my entire trip but couldn't afford to change hotels because I had already pre-paid and they said no refunds. Now I know why. It was loud and noisy, people were smoking dope. They only cleaned once per week, there was no Toilet paper, Tissues or paper towels, no kitchen supplies, the bath towels were like a thin hand towels.

I have a disability! The manager Margaret suggested I go to Dollar General Store to purchase garbage bags! I won't go any further; except to say, I really can't understand why a staffer with this hotel is so bitter and intrusive! Keep up the good work Margaret! I'm certain you'll have your employment terminated at your pace! You should realize being ultra bitchy pushes business away! I can't believe there's people like you in this world! Life is miserable enough without people like you!!!

Loved the price of the extended stay. Got a great price to stay for a whole month. Room was clean, the only thing that sucked was that you had to provide your own toilet paper after the complimentary ones given at check in, and u had to provide your own dishes. The restroom door was also crooked so it was loud when closing and opening it. Other than that, the staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were nice and again, the pricing was great!

A great value at the price I booked. Sadly not what we paid. I booked thru Hotels.com & added my friend when delayed by snowstorm Landon. GM Greg refused to let her check in b/c her name wasn't in his system. She had the confirmation email from hotels.com & he still refused. Even when I called him from the road he refused to let her check in. He forced her to take another room at a higher price, in a panic b/c he was leaving at 7, for the entire 9 days b/c they don't book less than a week. He said my room was cancelled b/c of no-show & I should have read the rules. Ridiculous when a weather delay, she was there & I called. He said her higher rate was b/c it was a "slightly upgraded" room, none available same as I booked. He wouldn't release mine to her even tho he cancelled it & charged me a night no-show fee! Now waiting on hotels.com for refund. She had to miss skiing the next day b/c he wouldn't let me check in if she was not there. When I arrived he wouldn't talk to me b/c I didn't have a reservation & threated to throw her out & call the cops on me for asking to see the rules! Basic rooms comfortable beds. Great location, walk to all buses to ski areas. Most residents long-term low-income but friendly. Cleaning staff & night maintenance very responsive & friendly. Kitchen has nothing but empty cabinets. Front desk is open 11-7 & often doesn't answer. Sinks worked badly, requests for repair did nothing. I'd stay there again if not for Greg.

The place is soooo rundown and of course I get there when they are just starting to renovate so it’s extra nasty. Check in was ridiculously long sign here for not doing this and sign this for not doing this . Was told housekeeping would come by and empty trash on Tuesday. Came back from work (on a temp. Contract at the VA hospital) and the door wasn’t shut all the way and the trash hadn’t been emptied . None of my belongings were missing thankfully . TV was decent

Sleepless in Midvale

We paid for a premium room and we were more exhausted after we left then when we checked in you could hear the door back door bang every time someone come in and out literally Bang and the room was adjacent to the elevator and you can hear it go up and down every time was on the first floor so very active I just stressed out so instead of staying another three weeks we left sorry to give a bad review
