A charming, clean, spacious and well-managed guest house. The owners (Anna and Davor) live on the premises. They are always available if you have questions or need anything. Our flight to Dubrovnik changed at the last minute. After picking up our rental car, we arrived at Apartments Njiric at midnight (much later than planned). Their daughter (Nikki) was at the apartment to warmly welcome us. Knowing we were tired from our travels, she let us “settle in” and then visited us again the following morning to provide us with information to help with our stay. A nice feature is the small well-stocked grocery store a minute's walk in which we purchased our breakfast items such as fresh pastries, bread, milk, coffee, cereal, yogurt, water, etc.. Very convenient for guests. My wife and daughter forgot to bring a travel hair dryer. Anna was quick to provide us with one. When we needed towels for the beach, Anna provided them for us (saving us money from having to purchase them). Also quite convenient is that Anna and Davor’s son (Milo) runs a boating/tour company called Marinero Excursions. We used his company for the “Three Island” tour as well as the “Blue Cave Tour”. Very easy to set-up without having to spend time searching for a reputable company. The harbor from where the boats leave is a 3 minute drive (the company provides a shuttle pick- up as well). Highly recommend both tours.

Das Apartment ist in einem neuwertigen und gepflegten Zustand. Es wurde an vieles gedacht, um den Aufenthalt einfach zu machen. Der Balkon bietet einen einzigartigen Blick direkt auf die Bucht. Der Pool, die Aussenküche mit Grillofen und Essbereichen sind ebenso in einem tadellos gepflegtem Zustand. Liegen und Sonnenschirme, sowie gewachsene Bäume spenden ausreichend Platz und Schatten. Einzig negativ ist die Nord-Süd Hauptverkehrsstrasse, die 50m unterhalb des Hauses vorbeiführt, was tagsüber schon etwas lärmt. Allerdings am Pool und bei geschlossener Balkontür kaum noch zu hören. Wir haben des nachts gut geschlafen, da nachts auch kaum noch Autos fahren. Die Matratzen sind bequem, jedoch etwas zu schmal für den Bettrahmen. Wer ohne Auto unterwegs ist, kann per Bus in die Stadt fahren. Die Bushaltestelle ist 100m entfernt. Busse fahren ca. alle Stunde. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Excellent !

Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leurs accueils, ainsi que le confort de l’appartement qui est très bien équipé et fait avec goût. L’extérieur n’est pas du côté de la route, donc aucun bruit. C’est très charmant. PS : Merci encore pour la petite surprise lors de notre départ.
