An enjoyable stay
A lovely apartment with a small balcony in both the bedroom and living room area. Very well sited, close to the basilica and cathedral but also quiet at night.

Location made it.
Amazing location. Great apartment that was tight but largely wheelchair accessible. Check in had a hiccup but it was an honest mistake made fine by the staff.

Excellent place in Zaragoza
Hotel communicated how to get access to the property in advance, clear directions on how to get there, how to check in and check out. The apartment was amazing! Sitting on top of Roman ruins in the heart of old town in Zaragoza the location was great as it allowed us to watch Semana Santa’s religious procession from our balcony. The washer/dryer was a great surprise and the terrace was the best thing. Great highly recommended apartments

I love this place
This place is literally in the center of Zaragoza and incredibly close to everything you might need or want.We loved our 2 days here. We checked out and were on a train to Barcelona and I was messaged that my wife left her purse. We arranged to have it picked up. The owners went above and beyond to return it to us intact.I love this place and you will too
No AC ! The radiant floor never got cold , we had to sleep with open doors .

Very convenient property for pretty much everything
The train station is on the edge of the city, so we got a taxi in, but otherwise the city is walkable for almost everything
There are loads of bars and restaurants, museums, sights and good shopping close by
Security is fine, code needed for the doors, no troublesome keys
The cleaners, who are excellent and are in the block most days, do not come into the flat but can supply clean towels if needed and are a useful point of reference
The flat is just the right size for a short break and if one wants it, the bar across the street serves breakfast
We had a very enjoyable and successful stay and would recommend this accommodation

Great location
This property has online check in. There is no front desk. María, who is the contact is absolutely wonderful. Will help with check in, parking, restaurant suggestions, and any questions and problems.
The apartment does not have AC, and internet does not work well.
It has washer/dryer, the hair dryer is not very good.

Great location, very clean
Great location just a minute from the Pilar Plaza - we parked at the main HQ hotel and the walk was 5-7 minutes to the apartments (you could park at pilar plaza for convenience but would cost more)
It was great to have a full kitchen to use and a washing machine and dryer.
Negatives: the heating system is impossible to use, i even looked up the instructions online to the particular control panel, didnt seem to make a difference so it was constantly far too warm (this was early february). The sofa (which doubles as a bed) was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, cushions kept sliding off and overall rough.

It was basically fine, communication needs work.
Well located and adequate once you find where to park. Zero instruction on how to find parking. Supposedly no smoking in building. However, the common areas reeked of cigarette smoke. No hooks or racks to hang bath towels. No waste bins in the bathrooms. Expected better.
Let's start with the good things:
-the apartment is well located near the main shop and touristic attractions.
- quiet and safe
- Zara, the staff in charge is very helpful and she will try her best to make it a convenient stay.
Didn't like:
- the apartment was not so clear (dusty) and dining chairs were not clean
- the apartment doesn't have an A/C so sometimes it's hot at night and you need to open the window
- there's a sex shop down the bldg and this might not be convenient for families with kids or middle eastern families
I tried to be reasonable as much as I can

Great location, with no air conditioning.
Great location and comfortable for our family, but there was no air conditioning, the cooling system they use doesn’t work in a summer climate. It was hot. We had to ask for fans. There was only one trash can in the whole apartment (in the kitchen). Internet worked only in the kitchen and you had to login everytime you came in. Our host was amazing and tried to help with everything. She recommended amazing restaurants and responded very fast.
Not a fan of this place. I only booked it so we could spend Christmas in a place where we could cook meals and do our laundry. The kitchen was lacking and the clothes dryer did not work. I’m also not a big fan of their house rules which ask that you leave all kitchen plates, utensils and pots clean and stored back in their place. Trash is also asked to be put out before leaving, otherwise a €50 cleaning fee may be charged. Given this obnoxious rule, their plates and utensils were dirty upon our arrival since people rush to given them a fast cleaning to avoid paying fees. The two wine glasses available were scratched and smelled like rotten egg, so we did not used them. Overall, I do not recommend this place. There’s a laundromat in the backstreet, so you’re better off staying at a clean hotel and doing your laundry in big efficient laundromat machines.

The property itself is good but we were given notice that the elevator was broken and that we were placed in the 3rd floor the day before our arrival. We, however asked in the building and it seems like the elevator had been broken for quite a few days already, which they should have probably know. Why wait until the very day before our arrival to let us know?
The other thing we did not like was the temperature control in the apt. It was very cold out (like 32 F or 0 Celsius but inside the temp would be 23 or 24 C and there was no way to lower it other than opening the windows. Otherwise there would not be air circulation and air would become too rare and uncomfortable to sleep well, which is what happened to the four of us the 2 nights we stayed. The apt itself is nice and the area is also very good.
