Härligt läge mitt i Flachau, bara två minuter från liften och nära till alla restauranger. Vänlig personal som hjälpte oss med liftkort redan i receptionen. Frukosten var helt okej, det kunde dock bli lite kö då det inte var så stort frukostområde. Rummet var fint och rent vid ankomst, vi saknade dock diskmedel och diskborste vilket vi tyckte borde finnas.

+ve : location to ski lift, play room for kids, cleanliness, helpful staff, close to town centre & bus to Flachauwinkl (zauchensee link), comfy bed, wifi connection, breakfast coffee and variety of cold options, ski room. -ve : tired room & walkway decor, not enough tables or staff at breakfast during busy times. small shower, breakfast variety hot options, swimming pool in the sister hotel too small/busy for both hotels.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist etwas kleiner aber vollkommen ausreichend und sehr lecker. Der Sauna-Bereich ist super! Der Pool befindet sich im nahegelegenen Partnerhotel (ein paar Minuten Fußweg). Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert :)

Toller Saunabereich,Frühstück in Buffetform sehr gut. Skikeller top.Leider gibt es Zimmer direkt über dem Lift, zum Glück hat man uns sofort ein anderes Apartment geben können. Ansonsten ein prima Hotel für einen entspannten Skiurlaub in Klasse Lage direkt am Lift.

Fantastiskt bra frukost, rum och service!

Vi valde att bo på Crystls på detta år skidresa och var otroligt nöjda! Hotellet ligger nära en av liftarna och många bra och genuina restauranger och krogar! Frukosten av riktigt god, servicen vänlig och tillmötesgående och som en "bonus" hade hotellet en otroligt fräsch spa-avdelning med olika sorters bastu, chill-out-rum, m.m. För familjer fanns också ett trevligt lekrum för barn. Boendet på hotellet gjorde verkligen vår Flachau-vistelse till något extra! Rekommenderas varmt!
