The location for us was excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Apartment was clean, the kitchen area was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. However, the overall layout of the property was very poorly designed. The TV was on a wall that did not allow easy viewing for the room - you had to be in bed to watch it fully. The bathroom was one big wet room and as there were three of us sharing this made it difficult to shower as the whole room was wet for other guests who followed afterwards, Plenty of room for a shower cubicle so why wasn't there one. Also, the sink was tiny. Finally, the main table was made stable by cardboard piece being inserted under the legs - not impressed!

Recommended for longer stays

Perfect for a couple of days stay in the area. All the amenities you would expect to be able to cook for yourself and a tesco just 2 minutes walk away. Very close to Bristol city centre with good bus connections.

Lovely apartment in Clifton

The apartment itself was really lovely, well equipped and pretty clean. The TV had an abundance of channels to choose from which was great for the kids. The location is awesome! I had some issues with receiving our access code and was given slightly wrong info regarding car-parking. Overall, we had a great stay and issues were resolved fairly quickly.

Ok stay, poor communication

No communication as tried to contact about late check out. Didn’t answer phone calls or respond to emails or respond to the online request. Place was a decent size and location wasn’t too bad. Needs more maintenance and freshening up.
