Very good location, nice room. Floors need to be wet-dried, they felt a bit dirty. Bathroom could be cleaned better as well but overall we are very happy with this stay!

The position of the apartment is great, close to major attractions like the Duomo and to La Scala as well as transport options at San Babila. The apartment was well furnished but was not serviced during our 5-night stay at all.

I had a great stay at Hotel Milano Eleven! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. The overall vibe is wonderful, though I noticed that some areas could use a bit of a refresh/renovation. Also, while the room was generally clean, it could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning in the corners and higher surfaces to keep the dust away. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I’d definitely stay here again for the amazing hospitality and convenience!

The two women concierge were incredibly helpful, the room and bathroom was beautiful, bed was so comfortable, and we felt very safe! Location is wonderful right near the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again and tell all our friends to do the same!
