Lovely accommodation (2 adults, 16 year old & 9 year old). Had everything we needed, and anything we didn’t, we could rent for free. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We loved this hotel (family of four with two adults and two young kids$. The location is excellent, a 30 second walk from the train station. The area itself is great. With temple and market nearby with plenty of restaurant options and a Family Mart downstairs. The staff were attentive and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely come back to stay here next time!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mimaru Asakusa. The staff were exceptional, so warm, kind and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They went out of their way to make our children feel welcome, and their thoughtfulness made a lasting impression on our family. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very well designed, giving us plenty of room to relax after busy days exploring Tokyo. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Asakusa with countless restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. It’s also just a short walk to public transit, making it incredibly easy to explore the rest of the city. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Mimaru Asakusa to families or anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming base in Tokyo.

Very helpfull staff, detailed cleaning every 2nd day. Great location, close to restaurants, 7/11, Temple, just next to Asakusa metro station. Great running possibilities along Sumida River. Only 18 min walk to Skytree tower. Front desk personal is not at the hotel after 22. Very comfortable beds. Ok size room for 4 people.

We loved the double rooms we stayed in on our last few days in Japan. It was clean and had enough space for eight of us. We especially love the big table in the room to sit and have a meal that we prepared or just sit down for a conversation. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We also like how convenience it was to catch the subway to the airport from this apart hotel. It was a little pricey though but we would consider it again for future stays.

The most amazing staff, very descriptive and friendly check-in, and the absolute perfect location next to shopping and the train station! So close to Sensoji Temple too! After a long flight, this was exactly what we needed! Our families favourite hotel in Tokyo! Excellent luggage transfer to other hotels. We love Mimaru’s!

Perfect room for families, staff were so friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was great to get your own private Tokyo view! The area was great and we found it easy to navigate around Tokyo with our 8 and 5 year old. Laundry at the hotel and the luggage forwarding service were also a brilliant service.

OMG where do i start? The staff are courteous & helpful - they even entertained our children with games during the check in process. Nothing is a problem, we were SO IMPRESSED. The rooms are clean & well maintained. The location is amazing - we love the Asakusa area - the rail system is just a step away.
