We did not like having to use the app to get into our room. Did not like not having any staff on property for help. And no coffee in the room or on property until after 9am.

We literally walked into the room, walked back out and demanded a refund. Which was granted. The room was in bad condition, it was pretty ran down, hair everywhere, stains on the walls, the blinds were chewed up obviously by a pet. This hotel was very impoverished. You can hear other guest TV and conversations in the room, didn’t feel safe. I do not recommend, they really need to invest into this property.

The room had a number of deficiencies, including the door being wide open and someone changing the flooring right after I had checked in. No soap, and several items left in the refrigerator

The room was clean: if not 100 spotless, very close to it. The check in process was easy. Recommended.

The facility was clean and the suite was as pictured but the QUALITY of the items was horrible. The bed sheets were thin and worn; the elastic on the fitted sheet was so worn that it did not grip the mattress. The refrigerator was emitting a high pitched whine as if it was about to fail. The bedspread was so thin it was nearly transparent, as the blanket. Many lightbulbs were burnt out. Too many people hanging out in the parking lot as well.

Enjoyable stay

The unit was spacious, and the property had almost a beach condo fee to it, despite being in a hotel district near the airport.
