Esta ubicado en buena zona, muy cerca de la quinta avenida. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Amplias y modernas instalaciones. Buena relacion precio/calidad. Lo unico malo esque no es hotel, hay gente que ahi vive, justo en el departamento de a un lado del mio habia una pareja que estuvo peleando durante mi estancia, lo cual fue muy desagradable estar escuchando gritos y peleas por las noches. Otro punto malo fue que olvidamos algo, intentamos contactar a la persona del establecimiento y no nos apoyaron en regresarlo.

The room located on CTM best location on Playa DE CARMEN near good restaurants, fruits shakes and 5 minutes from the beach. the room is very big and comfortable with a fast internet connection. Marko upgraded my room for free for, thanks!

El trato fue bueno, lastima q el sofa cama era incomodo creo q estaba viejo y habia un desnivel q no me dejo dormir los 16 dias q estuve alli, por otro lado aparecieron dos cucarachas grandes y eso nos tenia inquietos, es la primera vez q me hospefo en un condo y no sabia q no habia alguiem en la recepcion para preguntar cosas badicas o de turismo. Por lo demas es un lugar seguro, el encargado excelente persona.

Its clean, thats about as positive as it gets. Property manager is never there. No channels in English. Beds are hard as a rock. No nearby food options. We had to walk 25-30 minutes to 5th avenue or catch cab which becomes expensive fast. Not what we were expecging at all. Cheaper is not always better, you live and learn.

Always a pleasure to stay, very clean, the indoor parking garage is a huuuuge plus! The air conditioning is always ruining perfect ( you control it) the ease of access to Marco the property manager is great! Not many people actually even take advantage of the rooftop.

Cute hotel and really great customer service

I just stayed there one night with my family since we arrived a day early before our check-in at the Royal Haciendas in Playa del Carmen so I was just looking for a place to sleep one night. The hotel was actually pretty cool. Cute hotel. The parking wasn't great. Very tiny spaces and not very many spaces available. If you have an SUV you will probably have a hard time parking. Fray was all of our favorite part! His customer service was just so amazing. Thanks, Fray for making our stay there nice. :)

Esta bien ubicado porque es facil salir a la carretera y a la 5a Av, pero el baño esta muy deteriorado, la regadera muy mal, sucia y destruida, usamos el sofa-cama que ofrecen y esta en terribles condiciones, nunca hicieron limpieza en toda una semana, y no habia utensilios para hacer nosotros la limpieza
