Easy peasy process. We only needed a bed for the night close to a venue. The residence was simple, clean, safe, easy to get to and appeared to have a lot of nice amenities (we didn't use anything but the bed and shower). For what we needed, I would definitely use them again.

We had a great stay! The stay was conveniently located to midtown/downtown Charlotte! The neighborhood was nice, and peaceful! We enjoyed the amenities and the easy check-in and checkout process! We had a minor issue with the smoke detector noises in the middle of the night, but the host responded immediately and appropriately addressed our concerns!

Easy to reach location and a spacious apartment. Enjoyed the kitchen that allowed me to cook my own meals while there. The apartment is on the first floor and does not get a lot of natural light. Also some issues with bugs getting in.

Aside from the relatively complicated self checkin process, the apartment was excellent. It was clean and spacious, and the location was not far from uptown. We appreciated the covered parking, the washer and dryer, and the proximity to parks and shopping. The only improvement we could suggest would be to supply some creamer for the coffee that was supplied. We would gladly stay here again.

Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes) which was very convenient. Free parking was an added bonus! Next time we’re in Charlotte, we will absolutely be booking again.
