這是我住過最崩潰的別墅，從預訂到入住都是一場災難！ 平台與屋主資訊極度混亂： 確認預訂後屋主一直失聯，不回電郵和訊息，但平台依然堅稱不能退款，咁我唯有"等"。直到入住當天 11:00，平台致電通知找不到屋主並安排更換，但通話了1小時都找不到近似的轉換給我。結果 12:51 當我趕去機場途中，平台又突發電郵叫我忽略之前訊息，說屋主出現了、預訂仍然有效，真係人都顛！ 接著，屋主傳來的資訊全部過期不實。原本說包含機場接送，怎知改口說不包，逼我登機前急忙自費約車；怎料落機時他又說幫我約了車，前後矛盾，極度混亂！ 屋況殘舊，衞生極差，有安全隱患： 來到現場發現別墅很殘舊。房門鎖是爛的，根本無法好好鎖上。客廳的梳化、 餐椅、所有洗手盆全部都有明顯污漬；泳池底部積聚大量沈澱物，骯髒得根本不能游。房間冷氣噪音極大，3樓房間不時有強烈渠味，地下房間晚上還會聽到外面的音樂噪音，完全無法好好休息。 地理位置荒涼，交通限制嚴重隱瞞： 別墅位於半山，極其荒涼。最離譜的是別墅提供的接駁車（Shuttle）只能送人下山，要上山是叫不到的！最後一天我們搭 Bolt 回去，司機因為山路太陡拒絕開上山，直接叫我們下車自己轉 Shuttle。這些交通限制在預訂頁面完全沒有寫！ 總結：這間 Teetara Villa Patong 完全是貨不對辦，管理與衞生都差到極點。強烈建議大家避雷！

オススメの宿です！！

5泊6日で利用しました。空港の送迎から諸々の連絡もとても素早く安心したやり取りをしてくださりとてもよかったです。施設もとても広く、きちんと掃除してあり過ごしやすかったです。自宅のような安心感もありとてものんびり仲間とゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました^ ^ 少し市街からは離れてますがその分、騒がしくなく、セキュリティもしっかりしてくれているので とてもオススメの宿でした。ホーム担当の方が常に迅速に行動して気遣いをしてくださりとても感謝しております。またお会いできるようにここを訪れたいと思います。
