The unit was perfect for our needs. 2BR, 2BA which is rare for London. Only complaints I have were the beds were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was very clean, had a washer, dishwasher and well stocked kitchen. Also grateful the place had a lift and ramp on the ground floor for luggage which made getting in/out of the place convenient. Located in Bloomsbury, it's an easy walk to the British Museum, Russel Square Tube station and multiple bus lines.

Very clean and safe. Management office/reception right next door. Problem with showerhead was fixed the same day I reported it.
Location is wonderful! Walk to several adorable small restaurants - but not too many.
Windows are old and the trash collection in the mornings (8am?) may wake up light sleepers.
Not luxurious but great value and location. I would stay there again.
Nice little one bedroom apt conviently located near the British Museum (and many attactions).
Rooms are clean and adequately equipped.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

We liked how conveniently located the property is to so many things in London. Great parks nearby, supermarkets close by, Tutti’s Cafe is great for breakfast and lunch. Felt very safe and the staff were very helpful.
