***Giving 5-star for the experience with front office staff***
I didn't actually get a chance to stay at this hotel because of travel restrictions with Covid-19. I tried calling Expedia multiple times for about 5 days and couldn't get through to cancel and basically gave up and decided took a loss for my reservation since I purchased the non-refundable option. However, the night I was suppose to check-in, I was surprise the hotel reached out to me and told me that they would honor my cancellation and full refund if I was no longer planning on coming, and that I can still try to reach out to Expedia even though my check in date has passed. I really appreciate the gesture.

Have stayed here on and off for years. Close to Boston but less expensive and free parking. Big plus. Changed their policy to charging for overnight parking. Very disappointing. Probably a deal breaker for going back. Seriously? Newton?
Heater didn't work, freezing room. Small room. Door handle broken, shower handles broken. Something bit me. Gross.
Slow bar staff (like 15min to wait). Rather stay in a Motel 6.
Everything was clean and comfortable right next to Riverside station hotel parking is reasonable one hour T into the city. Staff were very polite and one of another way to make sure guests were happy.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
They charge me fee because I checked in att 11 am , I traveled all over the world and stayed in May hotels , but it was first time I see such a stupid rule . They should put their rules in the booking list , stuff was rude , I don’t think you want to stay there anymore .
No washcloths in the bathrooms.
I used my debit card only there while checking in and someone used my card to but 200$ worth of shoes at footlocker. Then yesterday they tried to spend 2500$ at Saks Fifth Ave.
Either someone hacked your system to get my # or an employee there got it. It was used nowhere else but checking into your hotel. Very disappointed.
t was a very great stay. the only issue was one of the elevators not working and there not being a fridge or microwave in the room. everything else was great.
Great place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and peasant. Breakfast was good at the restaurant. I would stay here again.
The check in experience was good got to room itvwaa freexing fidnt know how to turn air off it waa 14 degress out side i had ti call frint desk around 3 times the tv didnt work, and the elevator was down, and throught the nighg people was knocking on my door i was disturbed all night this happened until almost 3am so i got up early valled dront desk and checked out super early!! Not Happy beautiful place though.

Very close to the hospital... convenient parking although paid a fee to park.
It's in a convenient location. The rooms are decent. The staff at the front desk and the housekeepers are always nice and accommodating. Restaurant service is leisurely so if you are in a rush let them know and they'll pick up the pace.
The room was nice, but the light switches were a little confusing to figure out. The wardrobe didn’t open all the way because it was too close to the bed, but it wasn’t a problem for me since I was only staying overnight and didn’t have anything to hang. Breakfast was good, but the server was not very attentive, although there were only three tables (including me). It is in a convenient location and the Hotels.com price was very reasonable, so I would stay there again.

We booked this because of the proximity to the T. Had tickets to a show at the Wang Theater. Walked down the hill and on to the T and the same coming back. workred out great.
Was a little disappointed with breakfast cold eggs and over done bacon.

Rooms are a tad small and AC unit can be noisy but overall cozy hotel and friendly staff
Room was a perfect size, very comfortable. Our only wish is for a strong exhaust fan in the bathroom...gets very steamy, very slippery. Love that a restaurant is in the building...great food!

not great
sink was slow to drain. Restaurant bar area spelled like fast food - not pleasant experience to have a drink.
