    Great location in Songdo. The rooms were clean and tons of food and 24 hour services in the lobby. The gym was great! It had alot of machines. Highly recommend booking here.

    The parking is not free unless you keep your slip to scan. Also the toilet was broken. The location is great very close to food places. The beds are extremely hard and when showering you get very tiny towels that don’t dry you. I was not impressed with the price or the venue.

    We enjoy this property a lot however there is a construction near by that make the commune more difficult so in order to go move is better to rent a car or call a taxi (which I did in order to be able to explore more) I would love if there are instructions on how to open the door if you order food or if you are waiting for somebody also I could not figure out on how to have two keys, overall I will come back also there are plenty of restaurants around. Please make the translation for the laundry machine!

    It was clean. Well maintained. However there was garbage previous client left in one side f the drawers. The map of the location of the hotel in the reservation email was completely wrong, which made me waste 1 hour after I came to the spot.

    I travel frequently and hold Expedia Gold status, but this was one of the most frustrating check-in experiences I've ever had. The property is a self-check-in hotel, yet the only information I received before arrival was a four-digit passcode. There were no instructions about where to park, how to find the hotel entrance, or how the check-in process worked. When I arrived, I found a large mixed-use building with no clear hotel signage. My reservation included free parking, but there was no information on where to park. I had to call the property using my international phone to get directions. After finding the correct parking area and checking in at one of several kiosks in the lobby, I received a room key. Unfortunately, the key did not work at the elevator entrance. After several more minutes of confusion, I finally discovered that hotel guests were supposed to use a separate service elevator. Honestly, the entire arrival process felt more like an escape room game than checking into a hotel. At every step I had to figure out the next clue on my own—where to park, which kiosk to use, how to access the elevators, and how to reach the room. The room itself was just okay—nothing special, but adequate for a one-night stay. My main complaint is the lack of communication and guidance. What should have been a simple check-in took nearly an hour to figure out after a long day of traveling with my family. Not acceptable for a property near the airport and listed on Expedia.

    방은 깨끗하고, 수영장은 여름철 외 이용 불가, 헬스장은 이용료 1만원 추가, 주차 무료. 가격이 저렴하고, 주방이 있어 간단한 식사도 가능합니다. 주변이 아직 개발이 안되어있지만 조용하니 괜찮습니다. 가성비가 좋지만 다음에 또 이용할지는 고민해 보겠습니다.
