We booked a 1 bedroomed apartment for our stay. The room was immaculately clean and was just what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning.

Central location in Leicester. Only downside is the street in front is pedestrian only so you have to walk from the corner, but it's close enough. Kitchenettes are in the rooms.

I stay here every two weeks for work and I wouldn't trade it for anything. It’s the perfect balance between hotel functionality and the warmth of a home in the heart of Leicester. Managers and staff were absolutely the BEST! Pretty lobby with bar and cafe, excellent space in the rooms, great location … everything was wonderful here and we felt welcomed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Apartment with 2 bedrooms was just okay. When we arrived, the light in the main living area didn’t work, we had no cooking pots, the TV wasn’t connected to the internet, and the bathroom sink only had super hot water. After complaining, we moved to a new unit after 2 nights which was in much better shape. Free laundry in building but the basement smelled terrible.
