The views, the establishment, everything about this place is wonderful. Laura is a wonderful host and thought of everything, easy to communicate with and personable. Every necessity outside the villa is walking distance.

Our stay at Dedaj resort was perfect. The staff is friendly the property and rooms are spotless. We loved that you can walk to the beach then come back to the property and lounge by the pool. They offered all you can drink coffee all day. I can keep going on and on about how wonderful our experience was. We will highly recommend this property to all our family and friends.

Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay. New apartment, great location by the beach, nice pool area and very good customer service. The only minus is that cutlery were little bit dirty and we had to wash them before eating. Otherwise we loved it and would come again 😊

Unfortunately we had an issue when we arrived to check-in because there was no one at the property to greet us and apparently Expedia had not communicated the details of our booking to the host. After 30 minutes the issue was resolved and the host met us at the property and we were shown to our apartment. We booked a sea facing studio apartment, but were given a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment was furnished in a contemporary style to a very high standard including toiletries in the bathroom. The beds (in the bedroom and the sofa bed) were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We were offered complimentary croissants, water melon and coffee in the morning which was a lovely surprise. The pool is a long rectangular size and great for a quick dip. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers which were rarely used during our stay. The complex is a very short minute long walk to the beach which leads to Borik beach. Perfect location for a beach holiday. We had a parking space and found it easy to get in and out of the complex. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and chatting to Ella and her mother over breakfast. Thank you!

2 nuits pour visiter Zadar : 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 8 et 13 ans en appartement au rez-de-chaussée. Excellent accueil avec le sourire une corbeille de fruits et des boissons dans le réfrigérateur. Appartement tout neuf, très belle décoration. Literie et canapé lit d'excellente qualité. Piscine vue mer et salle de jeux (billard ping ping fléchettes) agréables. Plage au pied de l'immeuble, d'autres plages plus jolies accessibles en voiture.Parking à l'ombre. Excellent rapport qualité prix en haute saison.
