Family friendly with kitchenette and washer/dryer. Not too far from Ueno train station, 7-Eleven right next door and Lawson is a block away. Front desk helpful with luggage transfers. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The laundry facility was convenient which made a longer stay much easier. The kitchen was clean, well equipped, and perfect for preparing meals. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

This hotel was wonderful, just out of the way of craziness, but close enough to get to the train station and get to where you want to go. I am going to miss walking to all the local restaurants and mins away from Lawson and 7-11.

Location was great with a 5 year old. Close to the station that the Skyliner stops at from Narita. Easy to walk around and the slower vibe of the area was great for the first part of our trip before we went to a hotel closer to Disney. We went to the zoo and the aquarium from here easily as well as Senso-Ji temple.
