The location is amazing. Just in front of the property there is a mini market where you can also order food for take out. On the side you have a ski rental place. Just 200meters aprox from the ski resort. The apt is in excellent condition, hot water and heating works very well.

Disliked: Amenities, communication
There are several problems with the property that made the stay unpleasant and/or inconvenient. The most important one is the fact that it was not obvious to us that it was critical to communicate with the manager/owner before hand to get instructions on getting to the place and then having access to it. No one inhabits the premises, so to understand how to open doors once there requires a conversation with the owner. It took us a while to figure out where the building was (no street address) and how to get in. I recommend doing this before the trip. We came in summer and perhaps this is different during the skiing season. Also, the outside is unkept and the building looked abandoned (tall grass growing around it). Other issues were the absence of instructions on how to control the heating, a serious hazard as the bedroom window had a huge crack in it, and some bare wires on the bathroom ceiling. On the other hand, everything was spotlessly clean and the place was quiet and near a small convenience store. It is 11Km from Bariloche so a car is a must.
