Myself and my wife stayed for duration of 14 days. Has everything you need. Good location with opportunities to rent bike/moped close by. Would recommend this as best mode of transport. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Maids ensure room is cleaned every day and always left bottles of water in fridge. Building had Maintenance ongoing which prevented us from using restaurant or cafe. There is also long term construction site outside building (which is visible from roof pool) With 2 Cranes partially blocking view. Overall we had no issues and enjoyed our stay. If staying in Rawai again we will definitely be back.

Im travelling with my familiy, we are a group of five.. the communication was great every time, even before the arrival.. the apartment is great for a family like us... we spent only one night, it was a quick stop after Chiang Mai on our way to phi phi .. I fully recommend it.

We loved our time at Proud! The apartment was fantastic just as the pictures show. Great communication from the managers. The pool on the roof was incredible and gave us time to relax in peace and quiet. Local shops and brilliant restaurants - We Cafe and Vida Nova for brunch and dinner respectively. Great to have a coffee shop on the ground floor, it doesn’t open until 9am though. We are thinking about coming back on our way up to Phuket airport. Thanks!

was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good

My stay was ok. Room very modern and clean. Room is well played out. The cons of this particular room is that it’s noisy, right on the main road. The shower often went from hot to cold, and the water pressure went up and down . The safe works well but very small . The balcony was very small and I never used it due to a washing machine on it and 2 air cons. Other than those issues it was very nice .

I really enjoyed our stay at the Proud Condominium. Maria and Yayah were great communicators. The apartment was immaculate. All the conveniences were provided and it is the little things - fresh tea towel, new cloth, dishwash and washing powder for laundry. Products for bathroom. It has two quiet A/C units which is a fantastic alternative to cold air over the bed. Comfortable bed. Pool was enjoyed. We stayed on the second floor roadside, moderate noise but once the village sleeps it is quiet. Location is key. Would recommend. Ionly wish I had booked this clean lovely space longer.
